This was an incredible experience all around, from the welcome dinner to the farewell breakfast!

The full immersive program was action-packed and you learn so much in a short time-span with hands on learning experience throughout the days’ activities.

This course is for the serious students that have a burning desire to learn as much as they can and take it back home with them to share the experience and wonderful recipes with others. Erika has other lessons that are more suited for the light at heart that would like to have a short introduction and less intensive of an experience.

For my husband and I, it was absolutely fabulous and the event exceeded our expectations both the cooking course and the wonderful apartment which made us feel at home. Erika is such an amazing teacher, so friendly, warm, funny and gracious. She made the class enjoyable and enriched us in so many ways.

Not only did we learn so much we also made new friendships and now we have extended family in Italy. ;) We are eager to come back for another phenomenal experience as soon as we can arrange another trip out.
